This is a high quality 10" Square Giclée art print of an original painting (2024).

The first of a new collection of circular flower-based artworks. This is titled 'summer bloom', a collection of colourful British summer flowers - all collected from my own garden or nearby. I had the idea as this developed that the flowers might somehow represent the human body, with the heart (or rose) in the centre. The blooms are also the reproductive living organs of each plant.

The original painting used a fairly solid acrylic paint background, with oil paint flower layers on top.

Printed on 100% Cotton Rag Etching 315gsm (textured) paper with a matte finish. The print comes packaged in cellophane with a thick cardboard backing piece to help keep the print flat.
