RETURN POLICY

We believe each printed item will be immaculate. But if you contact us by email and include a picture of the damage, we can organise a return and replacement.

With original items, as these are hand-crafted unique ‘one-off’ items, they are not able to be replaced. You must be prepared to purchase and keep the item you choose. However if unforseeable damage or loss occurs during transit, this will be covered by the insurance costs included with the courier service provided.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Purchases of Printed Works

You may purchase Printed Works on the Site. Prices for Printed Works will be as specified on the applicable listing. You acknowledge that prices do not include shipping and handling charges or applicable Taxes (defined below), if any, for which you are responsible and that will be separately identified on your receipt. When you purchase Printed Works through the Site and Services, William Fawkes and its third party service provider Squarespace will collect your billing and shipping information, process your payment and ship the Printed Works directly to you. The terms and conditions of William Fawkes' Return Policy apply to any Printed Works that you purchase through the Site and Services.

Purchases of Original Works

You may purchase Original Works on the Site. Prices for Original Works will be as specified on the applicable listing. You acknowledge that prices do not include shipping and handling charges or applicable Taxes (defined below), if any, for which you are responsible and that will be separately identified on your receipt. When you purchase Original Works through the Site and Services, William Fawkes and its third party service provider Squarespace will collect your billing and shipping information, process your payment and either ship the Original Works directly to you or arrange free collection as specified. The terms and conditions of William Fawkes' Return Policy does not apply to any Original Works that you purchase through the Site and Services.

Order Cancellations

William Fawkes reserves the right to cancel any order for any Printed Work placed via the Site and Services if William Fawkes determines, in its sole discretion, that the item is mis-priced, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable at the price listed via the Site and Services. If William Fawkes cancels an order placed via the Site and Services, William Fawkes will send you an email confirmation of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order.

Taxes

All prices of products include "VAT".

Colour

You understand and agree that William Fawkes uses commercially reasonable efforts to display the colours of Original Works of Art, Digital Works and Printed Works accurately via the Site and Services. However, because individual computer monitors may display colours differently, William Fawkes is not responsible for the colour accuracy of any Printed Works displayed on the Site and Services, and disclaims all liability in this regard.

PRIVACY POLICY

We have an optional email newsletter which you can sign up for. You can change your mind at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us, or by contacting us at news@williamfawkes.com. We will treat your information with respect. We include your email address in our secure newsletter mailing list. We won't share your details with anyone else.
